Position: I have the preference that physical exercise is more important to the older people than younger people

Reason 1: Obviously, older people are more physically vulnerable than younger people, which means that they need more physical exercise to keep healthy. (老年人身体比孩子更加脆弱，所以更需要锻炼身体来保持健康)

Reason 2: Second, it is an efficient way for older people to get to meet more people and make more friends through physical exercise with others, given that they are much lonelier than younger people. (老年人比孩子更加孤独，可以通过锻炼身体结识更多的人)

Concession: It is true that younger people can learn to communicate and cooperate with others through physical exercise, however, it is not the only way.（这是一个让步段，表明尽管孩子们可以通过锻炼身体学到与人沟通协作的能力，但这并不是唯一的途径即可）
