拨款不能带来上述的好处(bring about these three benefits)

1）如果不允许把森林用做农业发展(forests for farmland)，人们会用高强度的技术(intensive technology)来加大产量，对环境伤害更大;

2）所收款项政府不一定会用在森林住民上。因为住在森林里的人几乎都不是土地主(people living in forest are mostly not the landowner)，只能得到很少的钱。政府会把钱用在其他项目(project)上，而不是提高森林住民的生活质量;

3）不能促进生物多样性，因为森林的树木种类是有限的，只会种商业用途（commercial use)的树，如oil tree。

We should take risks and explore new things when we are younger

1.年轻时有更多的热情去尝试新的事物（when we are young, we have more enthusiasm to try new things）。年轻人对新事物充满好奇心（curiosity），新科技的流行（popular）大多数都是首先从年轻人那里流行起来。

2.年轻时犯错的成本小(When we are young, the cost of making mistakes is small)。在社会中，相对年老的人来说，年轻人需要承担的责任（responsibility）小，即使犯错，也会被给予原谅的机会（chance to be forgiven）。在他们犯错之后，也会有人愿意给予他们指导（guidance）。

3.年轻时尝试新事物有利于个人的多方面发展（When we are young, we should try new things, which are beneficial to the personal development）。尝试新的事物给予年轻人新的发展方向的可能性（possibility），不断的尝试能够帮助年轻人找到最适合(most suitable)自己的方向。
