分析点：该题目典型的双边讨论题，话题是企业的社会责任感，需要注意到的是特指医药公司，可以归为社会发展类话题，难度较低。

 

具体分析：

B1: 有帮助贫穷国家的责任。1.大多数贫穷国家疾病比较多(especially infectious disease such as Ebola virus, difficult to be cured with limited medical conditions)，且经济和技术能力有限，无法满足当地庞大的药物需求量(unable to meet the huge drug requirement in local countries)。医药公司本身也是要做研发和试验(researching and doing experiment)，完全可以将对象转向这些国家，达到双赢效果(win-win result)。

2. 疾病也会有传染到其他国家的可能，帮助他们也是规避风险。

 

B2：但，挣钱仍是医药公司的主要责任。1.作为企业，只有有了盈利(profit-making enterprises)，公司才能正常运营下去，完成企业对员工的责任(accountability towards the staff)；而在正常运营下，才可以花更多人力物力财力(attention, financial assistance)在社会责任上。

2.国家之间的互相帮助有利于国际关系的和谐（harmonious international relationship)。

 

 

总结：赚钱是基础，但是帮助也重要。although helping poorer countries escape from this dilemma  is of great importance, maintaining the  company’s normal operation to make profits is still the base.
